PRESS RELEASE

=====

Laurel High School’s Performing Arts Department is proud to announce their 2010 musical production – “Annie.” Come support the students who have worked hard for the past three months to put on a quality production for their community. Seasoned performers, Adam Bennett, Brooke Brittingham, Kirsten Cook, Brandon Niblett, Tiffany St. Jernquist and Sierra Spicer return to dazzle their audience in musical numbers such as “Maybe,” “Tomorrow,” “Easy Street,” and “NYC.” Other returning cast members include Tommy Abrams, Amber Cooper, Carrie Gambrill, Patrice Holden, Taylor Johnson, Jeff Lauer, Taryn Laux, Victoria Libertini, Ashley Pruitt, Jojo Ray, John Dillon Travis, Liz Waite, and Dylan Windsor. Debut performers Collin Butterworth, Skyler Hunt, Emily Lance, Domyno-Autumn Lecates, Kari Noftsinger and Derek Street are eager to leave a lasting impression as they round out this year’s cast. Of course, this production would not be possible without the hard working stage, sound and lighting crew – Josh Collins, Justin Collins, Greg Hare, Adam Horner, Trey Lord, Kelly Marine, Amanda McGarvey, and Heather Melvin.

The students and staff would like to thank the Laurel School District and its representatives, the Laurel School Board, parents, guardians, family, and friends for all their help and support. Without their dedication to the arts, “Annie” would not be possible.
