Meet Your Candidates Question

Readers, I am just curious about this. How many readers were at the Meet Your Candidates event held on Tuesday night? For this post I will accept anonymous or semi-anonymous comments. C’mon, there were enough people there that your cover won’t be blown. I wouldn’t do it anyway. I am a gentlemen, or at least I try to be.

  1. I was, but you knew that already.

I do know that alot of people read my post on the debate. Between here and the Dustpan I had a rush of 80 hits that day, about 60 the next, where I usually get around 20-30.

  2. I took a risk posting this. These could be the only two comments on this post. That’s OK though. It was just satisfying my curiousity.

  3. I was there. I lurked..and have been for a few days. I just wrote about it, and I’m sure I’ll get some flack about it from at least one of those students who showed up to get their course extra credit. Gotta’ learn to crawl before we let you fly all the way to Dover, that’s my take.

Sorry I haven’t gotten back to you by email, btw. I have to pull extra hours to keep my job, and everything else is on the back burner.

I was there also….I have visited the area blogs many times, but have never left comments. I have to a agree with Laurel Anonymous and with Brian’s comments on his site. Our state is in a bit of a financial mess right now, and we need someone who knows his way around up there.

  5. I hated to pull the “Don’t change horses midway through a race” line of reasoning out, but it seemed like it fit.

I wish there was an archive of voting records, like votesmart.org has for congress.

  6. Barb Hudson answered the VoteSmart political test. It does a good job spelling out her positions.
