DelawareOnline has an article posted this afternoon titled “Some Democrats irked after Parker quits Senate race”. That article contains what might be the “quote of the day”:
“We’re the Democratic Party. We had an open election. We did everything by the book, the way it was supposed to be. Now all of a sudden you’ve got all the backroom deals again?”
This is cold to say, but who is surprised?
