Delmar Bonanza Fire on Tuesday Morning
There have been posts here about the local Bonanzas, including the one located in Delmar. About 5am on Tuesday morning April 29th, that Bonanza experienced a fire. Howard at Delmar Dustpan has a story and pictures. Salisbury News pointed out a video from Fire In The Hole:

I have heard rumors that it may re-open, but I would bet that those chances are now slim to none.
UPDATE: The Daily Times is reporting the fire was caused by the neon sign:
An investigation by the Delaware Fire Marshal’s Office determined the cause of the fire was a result of an electrical malfunction of the neon lighting system located on the outside of the building.
