Fleeing New Jersey
I never thought I would ever hear of something like this in any state in the union. The Monmouth University/Gannett New Jersey Poll released on Wednesday, October 17 reports that 49% of New Jersey residents would like to leave the state. Are things that oppressive and miserable? Half of those that would like to leave are in fact going to leave. A number of things that were sited as reasons to leave included the tax burden and the high cost of living. Who would want to stay in a place like that where the money is sucked right out of your pocket? I’m curious, how many of those leaving voted for the very politicians that are driving the state into the ground? Hopefully they didn’t come to Delaware. We have enough left-leaning folks here already. Let them live under the government they created. Maybe they will throw out the bums that wrecked their state.
